WA Cheer Squad and Banner Team

The purpose of the Fremantle Dockers WA Cheer Squad (Block 115) is to provide positive support to the team during games at Domain Stadium throughout the Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

 

What do I get as a Cheer Squad member?
2017 Cheer Squad members will receive (in addition to their core pack) a Cheer Squad pack consisting of a 'cape flag' and a car sign.
Members will also receive access to an exclusive Cheer Squad event.
 
Do you have to pay extra to be a part of the Cheer Squad?
Yes, members looking to join the Cheer Squad must be seated in block 115, and have to pay an additional $45.

Who makes the Banner?
We have a small group of Cheer Squad members, with the help of a handful of Fremantle Dockers staff who gather before each home game to make our banners. They can spend up to two hours on each banner depending on what messaging and images are used.

Please note, the Fremantle Dockers Banner Team does not create banners upon special requests.

 

Who picks what is written on the banner?
Our loyal Cheer Squad members use the banner for inspirational messages for our players and supporters. The club will put together a message for the cheer squad to place on the banner. Messages are based around player milestones, match day activations or special occasions.
 
How do I get involved in banner making?
Our banner makers are responsible for producing the creative banners the team runs through before each game. All Cheer Squad members are invited to come to banner making sessions, but only designated banner makers are permitted to go on ground to hold up the banner on match day.

VIC Cheer Squad & Banner Team

The purpose of the Fremantle Dockers VIC Cheer Squad is to provide positive support to the team during games at the MCG or Etihad Stadium throughout the Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

 

What do I get as a Cheer Squad member?
2017 Cheer Squad members will receive (in addition to their core pack) a Cheer Squad pack consisting of a cape flag and a car sign.
 
Do you have to pay extra to be a part of the Cheer Squad?
Yes, members looking to join the Cheer Squad are required to pay an additional $45.
These members will sit in an exclusive Cheer Squad section behind the goals at the visitors end of the stadium.

In Melbourne, all of our Cheer Squad members are invited to attend banner making sessions. In doing so, you will obtain priority for the opportunity to assist in holding up the banner on match day as the players run through.

Sirens

The Sirens are the official women’s supporter group of the Fremantle Dockers, where members can enjoy exclusive merchandise and events in the company of likeminded ladies and build life-long friendships.
 
What do I get as a Sirens member?
As a Sirens member in 2017 you will have the opportunity to attend four Fremantle Dockers Sirens events throughout the year, receive special offers and promotions plus receive an exclusive Sirens membership pack (mini football keyring and wine identifiers).
 
Do you have to pay extra to be a part of the Sirens?
Yes, members looking to join the Sirens are required to pay an additional $85 as an add-on to their 2017 membership.
