The Board of Directors and Management of Fremantle Football Club Limited ("the Fremantle Dockers or the Club"), their agents and/or servants shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from any inaccuracy or other defect in the information, documentation or external information.

By purchasing a Fremantle Dockers membership, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, and the policies of the Fremantle Dockers (the Terms and Conditions).


Membership of the Fremantle Dockers may be purchased by application in the prescribed manner, currently through completion of a paper form, online through the Fremantle Dockers website, by telephone to the Membership Services Team or by renewal of an existing membership (which is communicated via a Membership Renewal Notice during the annual renewal period).

If you are successful in your membership application, the Fremantle Dockers will issue a payment confirmation electronically, within five business days. Best efforts will be made to ensure membership packages and team store vouchers (if applicable) are issued within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase, further delays may be incurred to PO Boxes. Access members who join during the AFL Season will receive a digital membership ticket only.

The Fremantle Dockers reserves the right not to accept any membership application in its absolute discretion.


Subject to the Terms and Conditions, your Fremantle Dockers membership will entitle you to the benefits of Club members from receipt of your membership payment to October 31, 2021.



Fremantle Dockers offers a number of memberships. The following lists any specific terms and conditions which relate to these membership categories. Your membership category is established by the ticket category you receive (i.e. Adult, Concession or Junior).

Memberships that include entry to Fremantle Dockers matches where the Fremantle Dockers are assigned as the home team played at Optus Stadium include return public transport upon presentation of their 2021 digital mobile membership card. TransPerth terms and conditions apply.


Reserved seat memberships include the following reserved seat categories:

  • Full Season (11-game) reserve seat;
  • 6-game reserve seat;
  • 5-game reserved seat; and
  • 3-game reserved seat.

Reserved seat categories include:

  • The Pavilion;
  • Sports Lounge;
  • Platinum Terrace;
  • Premiership Terrace;
  • Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, Category 4, Category 5, Category 6; and
  • Restricted View.

Reserved seat memberships entitle the holder to a reserved seat for eleven (11), six (6), five (5) or three (3) FFC 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Optus Stadium. Entitlements can be viewed here https://am.ticketmaster.com/fremantle/reservedseats and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.

The Club reserves the right to move any reserved seat member to another seat, to satisfy a Club requirement, without prior consent from that member.

There is no guarantee of undercover seating or protection from the elements in any seat at Optus Stadium. Full, unrestricted viewing of the match and area is not guaranteed in any category of seating. Seats may be classified as Restricted Viewing at the discretion of the Club where, in the opinion of the Club, a significant amount of match play is obstructed from view on an ongoing basis.

VenuesLive, as operator of Optus Stadium, hires the facilities at Optus Stadium to FFC for the specified number of AFL home matches as prescribed by the AFL on an annual basis. The Club has the right to market and sell facilities as determined by VenuesLive. Stadium seating is available to the Club to offer a renewal arrangement to members on a year-by-year basis for Fremantle Dockers Home matches only. Reserved seat members do not hold any rights to access their seat for any other event or match apart from the Club’s 11 home matches of the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, as specified by the Club.


General admission memberships: Entitle the holder to entry into designated, unreserved general admission seating areas of Optus Stadium for a specified number of Fremantle Dockers 2021 Toyota Premiership Season home matches at Optus Stadium (subject to capacity at any given match).

General Admission Flexi Memberships: Entitles the holder to entry and general admission seating for up to 3, 5 or 9 games at Optus Stadium of their choice (subject to availability). General Admission Flexi Memberships do not include access to our home RAC Derby against the West Coast Eagles and one other fully ticketed match during the 2021 AFL Premiership Season. Reserved seat upgrades may be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster, subject to availability. Additional fees and charges will apply.

The Auskick Junior Membership is a four game General Admission access membership provided to each 2021 Community/Club NAB AFL Auskick participant who opts into receiving an AFL Club membership at the time of registration, by nominating his/her AFL Club of support. Specified matches are determined at the absolute discretion of the Club and are subject to capacity.


3.2.1 FAMILY

Family memberships are available for some Reserved Seat and Interstate Memberships in the following four categories:

  • Family 1+2 includes one adult and two juniors (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2021).
  • Family 2+1 includes two adults and one junior (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2021).
  • Family 2+2 includes two adults and two juniors (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2021).
  • Family 2+3 includes two adults and three juniors (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2021)

To be eligible for a Junior Membership, the applicant must be 5 years of age or older and under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2021. Juniors aged under 5 at 1 January 2021 are entitled to attend matches without a Club Membership, however they must not occupy a seat.


Student concession is available to members studying full-time in 2021. The membership application or renewal must be accompanied by a copy of your 2021 student card or a photocopy of a stamped, receipted 2021 enrolment form from your education institution.


Pensioner concession is available to members holding a 2021 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veteran Affairs.

A reserved seat member, having been issued with a Companion Card, may apply for the issue of a second seat at no extra charge to accommodate their companion. The Companion Card must be sighted before the extra ticket can be issued and will be issued in the name of the Companion Card holder.

The companion membership issued to the member does not attract any member benefits. The member is responsible for the conduct of their companion and will ensure that their conduct is in accordance with the Fremantle Dockers Member Behaviour Standards (see clause 11).


Members who have purchased an Adult membership and later obtain a valid concession card may downgrade their membership to a concession prior to the commencement of the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. Downgrades are not accepted after the commencement of the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. The member must provide the valid concession card to Membership Services before a refund of the difference will be issued.

Please note that concession refunds must be lodged by close of business on 30 April, 2021.

Concession memberships purchased without proof of concession will be accepted, however; memberships will not be activated until concession identification has been sighted by Fremantle Dockers Membership Services.


Each member’s access to purchase tickets to the 2021 Toyota AFL Finals Series matches will be determined by the member’s membership category and corresponding entitlements. Please refer to the terms of each particular category for further detail.

The 2021 Toyota AFL Finals Series is controlled by the AFL with no direct involvement by the Fremantle Dockers. As such, the Club cannot guarantee members will secure their reserved seat at Optus Stadium.

The Club will communicate information relating to members’ access to purchase tickets to the Toyota AFL Finals Series matches prior to the Toyota AFL Finals Series matches, should the Club be participating in the 2021 Toyota AFL Finals Series.


Members who purchase the Grand Final Upgrade will be issued with a barcode that guarantees they will be in the Priority 1 pool during the Grand Final ticket registration process. Members must register through the specified ticketing agent to take advantage of this benefit during the allotted time. The Grand Final Upgrade will guarantee that they will secure a ticket to the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final should the Fremantle Dockers qualify but the holder must still register via the ticketing agent to receive this benefit/ ticket. The level or price of ticket (i.e. Category 1, Category 2 or Category 3) cannot be guaranteed.

Members purchase the Grand Final Upgrade on top of their 2021 Reserved Seat or Full Club membership. For each Fremantle Dockers membership that is held, the member is entitled to purchase one Grand Final Upgrade. The Grand Final Upgrade is not transferable between membership accounts.

The Grand Final Upgrade fee does not include the price of a ticket to the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final or any associated ticketing or Grand Final ticket registration fees. The Grand Final Upgrade fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

There is a limit of Grand Final Upgrades available to the membership pool. Should a member relinquish a Grand Final Upgrade they will be made available to the waiting list. Grand Final Upgrades are allocated to members on the waiting list based on length of membership. Members must have a financial membership in conjunction with their Grand Final Upgrade. Digital members, 3, 5 and 9-game members, Docker Tots, Purple Army and Interstate Members are not eligible for Grand Final Upgrades.

Members who do not hold a Grand Final Upgrade or have Priority 1 Grand Final benefits can still register in the ballot for Grand Final tickets during the Grand Final ticket registration process, during their allocated Priority ticket pool.


Payment of your Club membership fee may be made in one of two ways:

4.1.1 Full Payment: Your full membership fee can be paid via any one of the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, Cheque or Cash. Payment can be made online by returning an application form, in person or via telephone. AMEX and Diners may be used for full payment, however both incur an additional 2.8% fee.

4.1.2 Freo Advantage Payment Plan: Your membership payments can be paid via the Fremantle Dockers Freo Advantage Payment Plan. All memberships paid via Fremantle Dockers Freo Advantage Payment Plan will include automatic renewal, unless the member opts out of their payment plan in writing between the final instalment of one season and the first instalment of the next. Members will be provided with a reasonable period of time to exercise their right not to renew pursuant to the Fremantle Dockers Freo Advantage Payment Plan, which is a period of thirty (30) days.

Members who requested a full refund of their 2020 Fremantle Dockers membership will not be renewed on a Fremantle Dockers Freo Advantage Payment Plan.

All payments are non-refundable, except for exceptional circumstances such as financial hardship or as required by law. If your account is referred to debt collection services, you agree to pay any fees, charges, disbursements and commission relating to collection of the debt, in addition to the any outstanding membership payment. Payment terms are strictly in accordance with the payment schedule stipulated on the renewal invoice.

Application for membership or renewal confirms agreement to pay accounts in full within the listed payment terms. Intention to renew must be provided to the Fremantle Dockers prior to the closing date specified on the Membership Renewal Invoice. If full payment is not received within the agreed payment terms, your membership will be forfeited. Memberships and associated digital tickets will not be activated if payment terms are not met.


Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable venue levy.


The Fremantle Dockers are under no obligation to refund payments relating to a membership, either in full or in part, unless required by law.

This refund policy is not intended to limit the responsibilities of the Fremantle Dockers with respect to any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

At this time, the impact (if any) that the coronavirus pandemic may have on the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season is not known and unquantifiable. The pricing and associated benefits of your 2021 Fremantle Dockers membership (outlined on your membership Invoice) are modelled on a 23 round home and away season, and the assumption of 11 matches where the Fremantle Dockers are assigned as the Home team at Optus Stadium for the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

If there is an impact to the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season resulting in changes to the number of Fremantle Dockers Home Games at Optus Stadium, or government regulations impact the ability to provide a full capacity venue, the Fremantle Dockers will provide affected match access members with pro-rata refunds, credits or other options to address any material reduction or significant change in the match access benefits of their Fremantle Dockers membership.

In general, the Club does not offer refunds or exchanges for a change in personal circumstances, however if you are impacted by a change to personal circumstances, financial relief may be available. Please refer to the Fremantle Dockers Hardship Policy, which is available here.


The Fremantle Dockers reserves the right to cancel any membership without a refund where that member is deemed by the Club, in its absolute discretion to have breached these Terms and Conditions.


All memberships are non-transferable unless they meet the conditions specified below.

Members must complete a ‘Permission to Transfer Seat Membership’ form and submit to the Fremantle Dockers Membership Services team for processing.

Once ownership has been transferred, all correspondence will be sent to the new member. Please note that once transferred, the existing member permanently relinquishes all rights to the membership. Transferal does not include status for length of membership or Grand Final Upgrades.


The member seat return program enables a member to return their seat for sale for any Fremantle Dockers home games that they cannot attend in the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

  • The seat return program only applies to financial Reserve Seat members.
  • For every seat that successfully sells through Ticketmaster the member will receive a credit which will be deducted off the price of the member’s 2022 Fremantle Dockers membership. The credit that the member receives for each seat sold is determined by the category of the membership and is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for goods or services from the Club.
  • Once seats are returned for resale they cannot be returned back to the member.
  • Once seats are put up for resale the membership barcode will be retired for the relevant game and the membership digital ticket cannot be used for either entry into the venue or access to seating.
  • There is no guarantee that the member’s seat will be resold if returned for resale.
  • If this credit is not used in 2022 it will be forfeited.

Cheer squad members, companion card members, members who have outstanding payments on their Freo Advantage Payment Plan and 3-game members are not eligible for the seat return program.

If there is an impact to the 2021 Toyota AFL Premiership Season resulting in changes to the number of Fremantle Dockers Home Games at Optus Stadium, or government regulations impact the ability to provide a full capacity venue, the Seat Return Program will not apply.


Fremantle Dockers memberships, membership benefits and match day digital tickets may not, without prior written authorization of the Fremantle Dockers, be sold at a premium, exchanged for goods and services or be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions). If a Fremantle Dockers membership, membership benefit or match day digital ticket is sold in breach of these Terms and Conditions, it will be void and will not entitle the holder to admission to the match or event.

Further penalties may apply (including cancellation of the offending club member’s Fremantle Dockers membership without refund or any part of the membership payment).


Fremantle Dockers members must act in accordance with the below Member Behavior Standards:

  • To represent the Club by behaving appropriately according to the law and in line with Optus Stadium's Conditions of Entry (available here).
  • To manage individual alcohol consumption, ensuring intake does not lead to inappropriate social behavior during a Match.
  • To respect all AFL spectators, as well as other supporters, players, umpires and staff.
  • By considering the impact of your actions on fellow spectators and ensure that they are in line with standard social behaviors.
  • To refrain from using blaspheme or offensive language during a game.
  • As a member, you accept responsibility for the behavior of anyone acting on your behalf. This includes people that you lent or given your membership seat to, and Optus Stadium may provide the Club with membership details if the holder of the membership is involved in any incident at Optus Stadium in breach of these Member Behaviour Standards and/or the Stadium Conditions of Entry. This does not apply to seat re-sale.
  • Do not denigrate or disrespect the Club (including coaches, players, staff and board members) or fellow members in any way, including in the mainstream media or social media.

Failure to act accordingly may result in immediate membership cancellation, or eviction from Optus Stadium. The Fremantle Dockers reserves the right to the final decision and discussions will not be entered into. Any cancellation of memberships due to a breach of Fremantle Dockers Member Behavior Standards will not be refunded.


The Fremantle Dockers will manage and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles. From time to time, the Fremantle Dockers may contact a member by mail, telephone or by other communication methods including but not limited to email and/or SMS, to provide notices as required or information that Fremantle Dockers believe may be relevant to them.

By providing your personal information, you agree to such use and disclosure by the Fremantle Dockers and the AFL and confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the AFL and Fremantle Dockers Privacy Policy.


By becoming a Fremantle Dockers member and providing the Club with your contract information, you have automatically subscribed to our service-related electronic communications via email and SMS. Should you not wish to receive communication via these methods, please contact Fremantle Dockers Membership Services or alternatively unsubscribe from these services by logging in to your MyFreo account.


Members may renew their Club membership over the telephone or online. By renewing over the telephone or online, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Fremantle Dockers membership.


These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and you unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australian.

To the fullest extent permitted by law (including without limitation to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) the Club shall in no circumstances be liable to you for any direct or consequential losses or any loss (whether direct or indirect) arising out of your purchase of or participation in Club membership, including without limitation from the loss or suspension of your membership or your ability to attend all or any Fremantle Dockers games or enter a venue where a Fremantle Dockers game is occurring, except to the extent the loss is caused by the Club’s breach of these terms and conditions, it’s negligence or willful default.

Membership entitlements are subject to the policies and operational decisions imposed by VenuesLive – the operator of Optus Stadium. The Club is not liable to members for matters arising from the implementation of policies by Optus Stadium or VenuesLive. As a Fremantle Dockers member, entry to Optus Stadium is subject to the AFL’s Entry Terms and Conditions, as well as Optus Stadium Conditions of Entry (www.optusstadium.com.au/legal/conditions-of-entry).

The Fremantle Dockers reserves the right to amend, from time to time, the terms and conditions of Club membership and Club policies, without prior notice. Members will have no claim against the Club by reason of any change made to the terms and conditions of Club membership or Club policies.
