Ticketing Hub

In 2022 all Fremantle Dockers membership ticketing is digital.

We recommend downloading the Fremantle Dockers Official Club App and accessing your tickets prior to arriving at the match to avoid delays at the gates.

Tickets will appear in the app one week before each game with the barcode displaying 72 hours prior to bounce-down.

General Admission members will have a different weekly ticket redemption process. We will be in touch before each home game with the required ticketing information.

For any game-day issues, please see the Membership Services Team located at Gates B or E at Optus Stadium.

Common fixes for ticketing problems:

• Log out and log in to reset your account.
• Ensure you are logging in with the email address linked to your membership.
• If 1 ticket is missing from your group, it's likely the ticket is still in the other member's account which can be accessed through their email address.
• If you are still having trouble, come and see us on game day at Gates B or E.
