YOUR 2027 MEMBERSHIP FULFILMENT OPTIONS

To improve your Fremantle Dockers Membership experience and reduce environmental impact, we’re offering a new choice for 2027.

You can select one of the following:

- Classic Membership Pack – includes a Fremantle Dockers 27 Member cap, 2027 lapel pin, and bumper sticker.

- $40 Digital Voucher – a $40 voucher to spend at The Dock, our official team store.

- $20 Digital Voucher, Pin and Bumper Sticker – a $20 voucher to spend at The Dock, 2027 member lapel pin and bumper sticker.


ARE YOU ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROCESS?

Anyone who holds one of the following membership products in 2027 WILL NEED to make this choice, as their product is eligible to receive a Classic membership pack:

  • Full Season Reserved Seat
  • Season Pass
  • 3 Game Pass
  • Half Season Reserved Seat Purple and Half Season Reserved Seat White
  • Melbourne and Melbourne Gold
  • Melbourne Cheer Squad and Melbourne Cheer Squad Gold
  • Interstate
  • Purple Army
  • Digital International
  • AFL Club Support Membership

Anyone who holds one of the following memberships products in 2027 WILL NOT NEED to make this choice, as their product is not eligible to receive a Classic membership pack:

  • The junior version of any of the above products
  • Freo Faithful milestone members*
  • Docker Tot*
  • Baby Dokka*
  • Sirens*
  • Purple Paws*
  • AFLW Full Season*
  • AFLW 3 Game Pass
  • Freo On The Go (Kayo)

I WILL BE GETTING A PACK IN 2O27, WHAT CAN I EXPECT INSIDE?

Our 2027 member core packs will feature the following items.

Core Pack:

  • A Fremantle Dockers 27 Member cap
  • 2027 Lapel Pin
  • Bumper sticker

In 2027, the Junior pack will be split into two packs with more age appropriate items:

  • Members aged 5 to 11 will receive a Hooded Towel, ‘Freo Fans Only’ Door Sign, Lapel Pin and Bumper Sticker
  • Members aged 12 to 14 will receive a Boot Bag, Phone Suction Grip, Lapel Pin and Bumper Sticker

Please note, any child who turns 15 in 2027 will receive the pack for members aged 12 to 14.

Once you've purchased or renewed your membership and chosen to receive a member pack**, it will be with you in 2027. Keep an eye out for your tracking number from Australia Post so you can track its arrival.

The voucher can be used both online and in-store at The Dock on eligible products. To view the full terms and conditions, click here. It expires 31 October 2029.

The primary contact on your account will receive a form from the Club via email to make the selection. If you’d like different options for members on the same account, call or email the Membership team.

You’ll receive the $40 team store voucher for 2027. But you will have the option to choose again ahead of the 2028 renewal period.

Vouchers will be sent via email in December, or you can call to receive your digital voucher over the phone, or access it in your MyFreo Account.

Milestone Members receive a Freo Faithful pack, as well as the $40 team store voucher. No choice needs to be made.

Yes, we’ll share how many packs were sent compared to previous years and the reduction achieved.

Due to changes in US tariff and customs regulations, we’re temporarily unable to send membership packs to the USA. We’ll keep monitoring the situation and will let members know if this changes.
