MyFreo Account Login

Ticketmaster & the AFL have implemented an enhanced sign-in process aimed at safeguarding fans and members from fraudulent activities and security breaches.

If you have a MyFreo and Ticketmaster account using the same email, your new MyFreo login (including password) will be the same as your Ticketmaster account.

Having trouble accessing your tickets in the app?

Some members may be experiencing issues with the Fremantle Dockers app. This is due to their phone or app software being outdated.

If members have logged in and are still experiencing issues after signing into the correct account, we recommend the following:

1. Check to ensure the app is updated to the latest version. Members can check this through the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. If issues still occur after updating, members should delete the app entirely from their phone, restart their device, and then re-download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
