Does the stadium offer lift access?
Yes, Optus Stadium offers lift access across all five levels of Optus Stadium. For seat-specific lift access please see match-day staff or contact Optus Stadium.

Can I register for ACROD permit?
ACROD Parking and Drop-Off passes can be requested through Optus Stadium on a game-to-game basis.

Registrations for ACROD parking will open three weeks prior to each game and are limited. To access the ACROD Parking or Drop-Off areas, you must have a valid event ticket, an ACROD permit, and a parking or drop-off pass. We recommend booking as soon as possible.

Wheelchair, companion card, and special needs bookings can be made for individual games through Ticketmaster. This can be done by submitting a request to Ticketmaster via this form or calling their accessible seating line on 1300 446 925 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEDT).

For 3 Game Pass, Half-Season Pass, and Season Pass members, please ensure your barcode number is on hand to assist with your accessible booking.
